There are three phases.  Fill out the form for phase 1 and we’ll get with you for Phase 2 forms.   Phase 1 will take 3-7 minutes.  Phase 2 will take 20-45 minutes.  Phase 3 will take 1 hour and be before any court appearances.  We will speak on your behalf at every phase and turn, so be at peace.

By completing this form and checking 'I agree' you are agreeing to join a group, mass or class of people with similar claims to that alleged in the intake. You are alleging to have the capacity to sign for yourself and agreeing to the terms herein.
